ProtoVer SSL testsuite Introduction:The purpose of ProtoVer SSL testsuite is to provide an effective and cost affordable solution for evaluation of security and stability of SSL 3.0 server protocol implementations. ProtoVer SSL testsuite is written in pure Python and provided with full source code. The source code allows you to write your own tests using ProtoVer's testing engine or change the existing tests to satisfy your needs. The testsuite has support for three simple and easy-to-use user interfaces: command-line (CLI), GUI interface and Remote Server Interface (RSI). The multi-threaded nature of GUI and RSI interfaces allows you to run several testing sessions at once. The version 1.0 of ProtoVer SSL testsuite is able to generate more than 157000 individual test cases with the help of 5 test modules (each module represents a separate 'group' of tests).
